We are glad that our government is taking proactive action to curve the growth of the COVID-19 virus. We have a big responsibility to keep your connection working over the lockdown period.

As per the president's speech, Telecommunications services are exempted from the lockdown because society needs connectivity to function.

Jenny Internet has made previsions to assist over the lockdown period.

  1. Our entire workforce will be working from home. Our support call-centre will be running at full capacity. 

  2. Our priorities are as follows:

    1. Keep our people safe. (Work from home)

    2. Keep our customers online.  (Maintain the network)

    3. Assist customers that have the largest influence with regards to the fight against COVID-19. 

Installations will continue over the lockdown period in a more limited way.
We will prioritize installations that affect the COVID-19 virus pandemic the most (Install home Internet connections for Medical, Government and Business people).  

This will keep our country functioning and will help people receive a salary that they could not otherwise receive. 
All technicians who voluntarily choose to work and do installations over this period will take every possible COVID-19 precaution.
